Life is what you make it to be. And it has been proven that you are what you believe in.

Everyone wants to know how they have evolved as individuals, which can be theoretically very compelling. The very commonly asked question that we all must have come across at some point in our lives, “How are you feeling?”

It must not have occurred to many of you for several years that emotions have nothing to do with feelings. They are completely different entities of life, and do not co-exist.

Emotion is one’s state of being, whereas feelings are considered to be the expressions of these emotions for every individual.

Now, the question that arises here is, what actually determines a person’s internal feelings? The answer to this is not simple. It might take several years to discover the missing element. Or you might never find out.

Do people really talk about their beliefs? Do they really know that life is what you make it? In most cases, they do not. In fact, many do not even know about their beliefs beyond some point. Usually something they have been taught or told to believe, either consciously, or subliminally.

Your perception of reality is determined by the beliefs you have. For instance, if you do not believe in the fact that life is what you make it, nothing can ever change your thoughts. Since your mind is instilled with disbelief.

What you believe in, dictates and creates your attitude. Eventually dictating your response. In a different way, dictate your feelings. Surely, feelings play a huge role in determining your behaviour.

Building a warmhearted feeling for others gives you inner peace automatically. It removes every sort of fear and insecurity that is building deep inside us, giving us the strength to cope up with whatever life has to give us. So, life is what you make it. But the secret behind happiness is to want the same for others. The main key to be happy in life is inner peace.

Don’t just sit in one place, instead, get up and explore. Experience everything that is in or beyond your reach. So when one day someone asks you what you did in life, you can proudly say that you have lived life to its fullest.
